The apartment is located a 10-minute walk from Cours Mirabeau, and the superb Mazarin district. The 50m2 living room with a view of the park trees and the sunsets invites you to quickly disconnect. Air conditioning just installed. The beds are new, the bathrooms also new & the open kitchen, fully equipped. There are 2 toilets. Nearby shops. The apartment is on the first floor. There is no elevator. The steps are wide and gentle and reasonably fit travelers fromall ages have been staying in the apartment.There is also private parking in the residence included in the price. Exotic and disconnected!
