This apartment for 4 people is located in the village center, in Les Terrasses de La Rosiere. The building is just 2 minutes walk from the slopes and 50 meters from the village center.

This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is also very well equipped (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV, stereo and DVD). I also have another apartment to 4 persons and an apartment for 6 people in Les Terrasses (ref 372 and 371).

The balcony overlooks the Isère valley and offers panoramic views of the Tignes dam, on Arcs 2000 & 1950 and Bourg Saint Maurice to Moutiers

The rental of the apartment also includes an underground parking space. Please note that we must equip his car with winter tires or chains (including 4x4).

The ski storage is at the bottom of the building, accessible from the outside. It is locked at night.

A bakery, a supermarket, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a press, a ski shop, a fitness center and 2 screen cinema en- below the residence. You will find more shops, bars, restaurants and a bank in the shopping center which is 50 meters from the buildings.
