On the 1st floor, facing South/West with pool view, this accommodation is composed of an entrance leading to the living room (sofa bed for 2 people 140x190) with equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob with 4 burners, oven, micro- microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed (160×200), a bathroom with bath, WC and washing machine. The living room gives access to a terrace of around 10m² with garden furniture. TV, Air conditioning, WIFI, Garage in the basement (L 2.70m x H 1.80m x P 5m), Swimming pool.
