Description of accommodation:
Studio in wood architecture of 42m2 built quietly located in a dead end. A few minutes walk you will find shops, brasseries, gourmet restaurants, bus 80 and 83, bike stations, but also charming small ports, coves and sandy beaches. Exceptional location with direct sea view and Notre Dame-de la Garde view.
Housing very clear and bright with parquet. Contemporary decoration where design holds a big place. Main room with 5 beds possible: a sofa bed 160X200 and 3 bunk beds 90X200. Open kitchen fully equipped (fridge and freezer, dishwasher, combined oven, etc.). West-facing terrace with 2 built-in loungers. Unobstructed view of the sea and a Mediterranean garden terraced. Shower room with power shower and electric towel rail. Small dressing. Separate WC.

Low season (from November 12, 2019 to December 19, 2019 and from January 6 to April 9, 2020): € 119 / night (€ 109 / night during the week)

Rates weekend, holidays and eve of public holidays = nights from Friday-Saturday-Sunday
Weekly rates = nights from Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday (excluding public holidays)

Discounted rates for the week:
High season: 990 € / week
Mid season: 690 € / week
Low season: 490 € / week
