The house is located 15 minutes from Bonifacio and 25 minutes from Porto-Vecchio, in the hamlet of Pianotolli: Caldarello, in a wild and protected environment, on the harbor. The famous beaches of Pianottoli is well established as their beauty is famous. We also discover the nature reserve Bruzzi. Sartène is only 30 minutes.
This new stone house of 85 m2 for 4 persons, offers a view of the Gulf of Figari and Sardinia and even on the Genoese tower of the 16th Pianottoli historical monument. It offers every comfort with a neat decoration: outdoor jacuzzi, terrace, air conditioning in every room, plancha, WiFi access, TV ...
The main entrance to the house is located in a cave with a corner table bistro. Features of this house is its many windows that give the impression of living outside even while being inside.
RC, are the main room with an open, modern fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator ...), a utility room with washing machine, separate toilet, bedroom with 2 beds of 90 may be combined with a mattress pad 180 and shower room overlooking the main terrace with large table.
Upstairs, a master bedroom with terrace and deck view over the sea, on the Omu di Cagna and Figari airport, shower and toilet. The sunrises are spectacular.
