Combined open living/dining room (approx. 40 sqm!) with two large sofas facing panorama window towards the sea, sideboard with large flat screen TV, big dining table for 6-10 people and highboard.

# Access

The villa is located 2.5 km from the village of Sivota, Lefkada, with beautiful views over the Ionian Sea and its islands. Please note that the last 1000 meters leading up to the villa are non-paved.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
