Can Roger, our apartment is located in a villa in the heart of Argelès-Plage, ideally placed 100 meters from the beach, 5/7 minutes walk from the port and 10 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. The area consists of old mansions and tree-lined avenues is very quiet and residential. Can Roger means "at Roger" in Catalan.

Can Roger is a flat "two rooms" comfortable with an area of ​​40 square meters. It includes a bedroom, a main room, a bathroom and a kitchen. His air conditioning and soundproofing are two additional advantages that can move fresh, calm nights. The apartment is sunny and two balconies on the avenue, with views of the Pyrenees (Albères).

The main room and bedroom each have a very significant summer air conditioning. To ensure quiet at night, all windows and doors have windows with double glazing, the bedroom walls are soundproofed, wide wooden shutters complete the package.

Can Roger can accommodate 4 people, the bedroom has a double bed 140 and the main room 2 single beds 90. Two closets and dresser are available for storing bags and cases. But the small kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine and the necessary kitchen. The washing machine is in the bathroom that includes a shower, a sink with a heated towel rail and the W-C.

We improve the comfort of the apartment and in the summer of 2016, the cumulus of hot water and stove were changed.
