Detached villa in local stone with private swimming pool (10x4), fully air conditioned, on a large private property 5 minutes / 2 km from the charming village of Arzachena and 15 minutes / 12 km from the famous beaches of Porto Cervo.

The villa consists of living room with fireplace, living room, fully equipped independent kitchen and a pantry;
3 bedrooms: 1 with 160 cm bed with adjoining bathroom (shower),
1 with 160 bed with adjoining bathroom (bath),
1 with two 80 cm beds.
1 bathroom with WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer.
The terraces of the villa and the swimming pool are equipped with tables and chairs, lounge in woven resin, relax in teak and solar shower.
The independent covered barbecue is equipped with pizza oven, fireplace, table and chairs.

The nearest airport is Olbia - Costa Smeralda and is 27 km from Arzachena.
