PALAIS DE FRANCE is a large modern chic 3 bedroom apartment, ideally located on the Promenade des Anglais and facing the sea.



Decorated in a modern style, the apartment is equipped with quality furniture, as in the living room with its beautiful leather sofas.



You will be seduced by the magnificent terrace and its breathtaking view of the sea. Moreover, you will appreciate the chic of the places and their luminosity, which make it a very pleasant place. You will also be charmed by the location of the apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais and right in the city center.



The apartment is located on the 4th floor and has access via elevator as well as free wifi internet connection by fiber optic and air conditioning.

It also has a private parking space in the basement (only on request before and at extra charge).



Located on the Promenade des Anglais, you will be housed in the heart of Nice. In a few steps you can reach the sea and its beaches. In addition, you will be only a few meters from the pedestrian street and its restaurants, Jean Médecin and its shops, Place Masséna or the Old Town, ideal for testing all local products.



A few meters from the apartment you will find a bus stop. Moreover, by walking to Jean Médecin, you can reach the tram, which will take you to the station in seconds. The SNCF railway station is the best way to visit the surrounding cities. Finally, the city abounds with points Vélo Bleu, in order to walk otherwise. Parking Palais de la Méditerranée nearby.

The first bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed, a large storage cupboard, a desk.

The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and a storage cupboard.

TURQUOISE ROOM:

The third bedroom is equipped with a single bed as well as a storage cupboard.

A/C included.



BATHROOMS :

Both bathrooms are equipped with showers, toilets and a bidet. In one of them you will find a hairdryer.



The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
