On the ground floor, kitchen, bathroom, living room, alcove with sofa bed, master bedroom (bed 160) and WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 with a 140 and the other with 2 single beds), a separate bathroom + toilet.

Facilities: Induction hob, microwave, pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, TV, BBQ and WIFI available.

The exterior consists of a high terrace with a 180 ° view over the Loire Valley and a large garden with espaliered trees, all facing south.

Possibility to park your car in a garage located 30m below the house.
Access to the house is by climbing a small hill since it is attached to the hill.
