Canet-en-Roussillon - In a secure residence, very pleasant and bright house of around 100m² located 150m from Canet Sud beach, which can accommodate six people, with a garage and two patios. Classified furnished with 3-star tourism. The bedrooms and bathrooms were completely renovated in 2018, and the windows replaced. Let yourself be seduced by this warm villa at the gates of shops, amenities and the sea, ideal for staying with friends or family.
On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen open to the dining room and a large living room, overlooking the west terrace which is equipped with an outdoor shower. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with storage (140 cm bed) and its balcony. Opposite a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. You can enjoy a bathroom with its very spacious shower. On the top floor, the master suite (140 cm bed) with its bathroom, breathtaking view of the setting sun. Each level is equipped with a WC.

You can enjoy the calm of the house while being close to the activities of the city center and the magnificent sandy beach of Canet-en-Roussillon. The house is only 40 km from Spain, 28 km from Collioure and only 11 km from Perpignan.

- Additional parking space (secure, 170m from the house): € 7 per night

The tourist tax amount is € 0.80 per night per person, except for children under 4 years old. Cleaning is included in the rental price.

Please note, for rentals from December 1 to March 01, electricity will be charged to the tenant. A meter reading at the beginning and at the end of the stay will be made in order to know the consumption, and a separate invoicing will be carried out.
