Chalet

Chalet composed of two apartments, quiet, facing south:
- an apartment on the ground floor, sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms and sleeps 2 in the living room, bathroom, 55 m2
- wooden duplex apartment, 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, table for 14 people (+ side table), dishes available for 16 people, 1 bathroom, 1 shower upstairs with a toilet with separate sink. Surface: 112 m2, partly attic rooms.
Note that access between the two apartments requires passage outside (1 meter) and into the garage.
Garden, balcony and terrace (in summer) available. Large parking lot.
Classic equipment (freezer, dishwasher, induction hob ..., washing machine).
In total 3 double beds and 10 single beds.
Bed linen not included but cleaning at the end of the stay is included (kitchen nevertheless to be left clean)
Village center 2 km by road (direct path in summer: 10 min downhill, 15/20 to go up), ski slopes 4 km,
(other access possible by the village gondola at 2.4 km).
Shuttle service 200 meters away (serving the slopes on one side, the village center on the other).
Outside the holidays, it is easy to park at the foot of the slopes.
Cross-country skiing in the village. La Clusaz is 6 km away.
