Small house for seasonal rental in the outskirts of Porto.
(Kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms) .A small simple house, no frills, but just what you need for a quiet holiday for those who want to visit Porto and its surroundings at lower cost.
The kitchen is on the ground floor, equipped with the necessary for your breakfasts and to prepare your meals. (oven, coffee maker, mini oven, microwave) also with washing machine, iron. Fresh bread is delivered to you free of charge in the morning by the baker (for stays longer than 5 nights)
The TV is in this kitchen and has national channels.
No living room.
Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. the passage is done by the external staircase and can be restrictive in winter. Umbrellas are available (and yes it also happens to rain).

Terrace in front of the kitchen as well as under the vine (freshness very appreciated in summer under the vine)
The house is located in the outskirts of Porto, in a large, very quiet village, with no security problems, with all shops nearby, pleasant to live in without traffic jams, with a beautiful view of the hill.
It is attached to a large house that will remain empty all year round, so all the outdoor space will be for you.
A few minutes from PORTO, ideally located to avoid daily traffic jams and to take advantage of the visit to PORTO and its surroundings (south-north-east).
BUS (801 and 804) and all shops nearby including mini market.
Close parking space possible if available (20 € / week), but very few cars in the street so easy parking during the day and in the evening.
Please smoke outside.
Animals are not allowed, lean the terrace and the green spaces
Obligatory end of stay cleaning (20 €).
Laminated leaflets explain the essentials, as well as some personal advice on Porto, restaurants, etc.
The second bedroom will be closed if reservation for 2 only, consult us before.
We speak French, Portuguese, English, Italian.
