Private vacation home

House of character of 100 m² including:
- a fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator ...) and dining room giving, through a bay window, on the terrace and the enclosed garden.
- a living room with two sofas, an armchair, a fireplace, a TV, free WIFI.
- a bedroom with its adjoining bathroom and WC.
The wooden terrace of 50 m² overlooks the walled garden and its hut also equipped with a kitchen (oven, refrigerator ...), a washing machine, a bar with its small terrace.
Visits and animations:
Located near the city center, you are close to the ramparts and its shows, the harbor and its entertainment, museums, the pier to the islands (Belle-Ile, Houat, Hoëdic, Monks Island, Islands of Arz ...), from the beach of Conleau by a free shuttle in the summer.
Many hikes and cyclists on the coastal paths.
Vannes is located between the two peninsulas (Rhuys and Quiberon). Carnac is 30 km away.
Market on Wednesday and Saturday.
