The house which has just been renovated is located 600 m from the beaches and hiking trails, the cycle path is about 100 m. It is a very quiet place set back from the road. The center of Fouesnant is 2.5 Kms there is a bus stop nearby and the center of the seaside resort of Beg Meil is 800 m, you will find several restaurants, shops and shops nearby. On the slipway you can take the boat to go to Concarneau or to spend the day at the Glénan islands. There is also a diving club and various nautical activities are offered. Nearby you will find 2 golf courses. The exposure of the house allows you to enjoy the sun all day, the south west facing terrace will allow you to spend long evenings around a barbecue. The garden is closed and the house is not terraced, on the side there is a bowling green. 5 adult bikes, 1 child bike and 2 scooters are available to holidaymakers as well as balls, books and various games.
