Beautiful stone house, renovated in 2006. Interior particularly well-maintained, furnished and decorated with taste. Bright living room with beautiful integrated kitchen, leather lounge, antique furniture, bedrooms with harmonious tones on wooden floors (two of which have a view of the Odet river and the marina).



Enclosed garden of 300 m² with a small courtyard at the front and a tree-lined lawn at the back surrounded by low walls. Garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue. Central heating. Table and iron.

Independent house with 4 rooms of 100 m² of living space.

Living room with dining area and lounge area with armchairs.

Bar kitchen: cooker with 4 electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric kettle and coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine. Satellite TV.

1st floor:

1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm)

1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm).

Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet.

2nd floor:

1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm).

- End of stay cleaning (MANDATORY)

- Deposit (not cashed): €300 (cheque or cash)

- Bed linen to bring or rent: €15/bed. Towels not provided.

- Heating included until 9 May and after 10 October. Electricity charges included all year round.

- Pets not allowed.
