Maâ Beach is a villa designed for holidays, spacious and cozy, as pleasant to live between adults with children. On the ground floor, it extends over 220 m² for 6 bedrooms including a dormitory, and 70 m² of covered outdoor spaces on a plot of 1700 m². It benefits from a heated swimming pool and a covered spa, 6 months in the year. It is located in the heart of Maâ, the most authentic district of Moliets-et-Maâ, known for its pine forest and typical Landes houses, an ideal place to discover the south-west of France.

The house is made of wood and meets the latest construction standards in terms of energy saving. For your comfort, the house is fully equipped in terms of appliances, has 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets. It is air conditioned, has a wood stove. It is also accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The house has been designed to promote outdoor living, even in case of rain! Thus, the living room opens with two large windows giving you access to a very large covered area, ideal for lunch, chat or enjoy the evening with friends. You will also enjoy many outdoor facilities such as a petanque, an outdoor ping-pong table, a large sandbox for children, etc.

Regarding the pool, for holidays in peace, you can add, in addition to the rigid curtain of protection, a removable flexible barrier around the pool to prevent access to your children.

- NEW : it's possible to rent only a part of the house (from 1 bedroom)
- Our price includes final cleaning (250 €).
- Sheets and towels are available for 14 people (210 €) and included in your quote.

- A deposit check of 3 000 € will be asked upon your arrival in addition to the deduction of 800 € made by Abritel. The check will not be cashed
