Pretty little house, ideally located, right in the heart of the pedestrian walkways and only 2 minutes walk from the seafront.
Renovated very recently, the house is very nice.
on the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine), living room (sofa bed 1 place). A room with double bed and possibility to put cot umbrella for baby. In enfilade, room of water (cabin of shower) and toilet.
Upstairs, a bedroom with double bed, and a mezzanine area with 3 single beds and 1 fireside (ideal space for children)
In joint ownership, a garden parking to share (possibility to park 2 cars), but private terrace.
Once you have parked the car, you will not need to touch it all your vacation. The house is in the middle of shops, restaurants, bars and disco and only 2 minutes from the central beach.
