These two independent houses, one next to the other, full of charm, including a main one, welcome you in a private wooded and calm domain, very close to the beach of La Baumette and pretty coves, at the foot of the Esterel. A large enclosed garden and a private swimming pool complete this ideal organization for spending holidays with two families while remaining independent. Everything is accessible on foot, including shops.
The main house, equipped with broadband wifi and TV by internet box (French and foreign channels), is composed on the ground floor of
- a living / dining room opening onto two terraces
- an independent and equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, classic and Tassimo coffee makers)
- a large entrance and an independent WC
- a bedroom with double bed 160 cm with private bathroom shower + WC, large Dressing room
- a bedroom with double bed 140 cm (2 places) Large dressing room

and on the upper floor:
- a large mezzanine with a comfortable sofa bed 140 cm (2 places) + another sofa
- a bedroom with two single beds for 1 person, + 1 additional bed under one of the beds and cupboards.
- a bathroom (bath + shower) + WC

The annex house, equipped with wifi and TV (TNT channels), is arranged on one level with
- an equipped kitchen (stove with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven)
- a living room, which opens onto a terrace, with a double bed and a TV (French TNT programs), wardrobe
- one bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe
- a bathroom with bath and wc

Also available in an independent laundry room: washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Air conditioner :

Main house

Bedrooms 1 and 2 on the ground floor are air conditioned. By leaving the bedroom doors open, you can also cool the living room and the ground floor of the house. .
The first floor, mezzanine and bedroom 3 are not air conditioned.
Mobile air coolers are available.

Annex house: air-conditioned

Bedrooms 4 (bedroom and living room) and 5 are air conditioned

- a 7 x 3.5m swimming pool with outdoor shower. Motorized PVC closing flap with straps and safety closing buckles
- a permanent barbecue with integrated fireplace
- an enclosed garden which goes around the houses. Closing by a code gate
- a protected space for two cars (carport) and a closed garage: Possibility to park 3 or 4 cars

The whole is located in a secure and quiet area, 500 m from the charming Baumette beach (7 min on foot) and a pretty wild cove, and 700 m from a small shopping center. Access to the house is via a dead end road at the end of the estate.
