• Kitchen: is open to the living room. It contains a sink, an oven, 4-burner electric hobs, a refrigerator with freezer and the following electrical appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary (cutlery, utensils) for cooking.



• Upper mezzanine level (15 m²): includes the bedroom, with a 160 cm double bed, two bedside lamps, and a large wardrobe as well as the bathroom with shower, washbasin, and WC, hairdryer, table and iron.



• The apartment is fully equipped and is rented with household linen (sheets, towels), ready to sleep.

Note:

- Receptions are carried out without additional charge from Monday to Saturday between 2 pm and 8 pm. Between 8 pm and 10 pm, there is a supplement of £35. Between 10 pm and midnight, there is a supplement of £50.

- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is a supplement of £35.
