Apartment completely renovated, very bright, sunny, 2nd floor in a small residence of character 20m from the Old Port and pedestrian streets, ideally located to discover La Rochelle on foot or by bike.
It is equipped with WIFI, a small safe code (to secure your papers or objects ...)
Close to the Grande Horloge, all amenities (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy ...) and the covered market open every day, it is easy to get a multitude of good products from the region.

Let's talk about the equipment of the apartment:
The kitchen open to the living room is equipped with: hob, microwave, fridge, hood, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster.
Upper and lower units contain utensils for cooking good food. You will find under the sink the cleaning products
The living room, very clear, is furnished contemporary. It includes a convertible BZ 2 seats (comfort beds 140), flat screen TV, the table and its 4 chairs, a folding table to make small desk or serving table, a coffee table
The separate bedroom includes a bed with a comfortable mattress 140 on chest bed for more storage and closet wardrobe
In the entrance cupboard you will find the 'vacuum cleaner', a silk broom, a floor mop and a bucket, an iron and ironing board and a shopping cart.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a vanity unit, heated towel rail, a hair dryer and a washing machine
The toilets are separate
The linen is not provided but you can reserve it (20,00 € per bed: bottom sheet, duvet cover, 2 towels, 1 shower mat).
Possibility to store bicycles in the cellar on the 1st floor.
If need a folding baby crib with mattress, a stroller are available ask us them.

A security deposit of 400,00 € will be requested upon arrival.
