Private vacation home

Privileged location north of the island of Oléron in Brée les Bains. The house is located in a dead end 1 minute from the beach. The 1200m2 tree-lined garden directly overlooks the sea. The uncrowded beach is ideal for children and families: fishing on foot at low tide, swimming and paddling at high tide!
The Brée daily market (in season) is 800 m on foot. No car: bikes are available.
Easy parking in the dead end.
After passing the gate, a first garden guides you to the house.
On the ground floor, an entrance, a large living room and an adjoining office, two bedrooms each with shower room and WC: the master bedroom overlooks the large garden and the sea (queen size bed). The guest bedroom opens onto the first garden (140 bed).
A dining room that seats 10 and an American kitchen overlook the main garden and the beach.
A bicycle storage room.
On the first floor, two bedrooms each equipped with two single beds (90x200) which can be joined to a large bed.
A bathroom with bath and shower.
A separate toilet.
Outside, a barbecue, a large dining table in wrought iron accommodates 10 people in a part of the garden "sol y sombra". Sun loungers.
The kitchen is fully equipped: multifunction oven, 4 electric hobs, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer.
A cot is available for the little ones.
