Ideally located less than 100 m from the sea, our crossing apartment, completely refurbished, will bring you all the comfort you need for your stay by the Mediterranean.
It is located on the 3rd and last floor of a quiet residence, facing south-west. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
With a total surface of around 100 m² (80m² apartment, 20m² loggia and 8m² balcony), it is made up of a large living / dining room offering you a breathtaking view of the sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.
There are also 2 large bedrooms of around 13m² (one with a sea view), with covered balcony, 160x200 beds (divisible into 80x200 beds) and chest of drawers. Duvets and pillows are available. Possibility to provide bed and bath linen at an additional cost (25 € / room)
The bathroom will seduce you with its luxury Italian shower. Separate WC.
You will have a private parking space.
We can also offer you two adult bikes for hire.
