Located in Messanges, in a quiet and residential area close to shops and the cycle path, this lovely wooden house invites you to fully enjoy the fresh air of the Landes, whether you prefer relaxing or biking. Just 3 km from the beach, it’s the ideal setting for a nature-filled holiday with family or friends.
The ground floor features a bright and welcoming living room with TV, sofa, two armchairs and coffee table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee maker and kettle. A utility room houses the fridge-freezer and washing machine. This level also includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and ensuite shower room (shower + sink), and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms with double beds (140 cm each), a mezzanine area with a single bed (90 cm) and a pull-out extra bed, plus a bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.
Outdoors, enjoy a large wooden terrace with plancha, a fully enclosed garden ideal for children, and your own private pétanque court for relaxed evenings. The house sleeps 6 to 8 guests.
