Just 100 metres from the beach and about 200 metres from the Pierre Ortal walkways, accessible by a pedestrian esplanade overlooking the sea, everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Private parking is located at the back of the residence. Access to the apartments is via large staircases.



The apartment consists of a pleasant and bright living room equipped with a table with chairs, a comfortable 160 cm sofa bed for two people and a television. The kitchen area, integrated into the living room, is fully equipped with a sink, electric hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, small dishwasher, washing machine as well as crockery and kitchen utensils.



The room has a double bed of 140 cm and a storage cupboard. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin. The toilet is independent for greater comfort.



The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers an unobstructed view of the ocean and is fitted with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals or sunsets. A private parking space completes this property.



This apartment is perfect for a car-free holiday, just a stone's throw from the beach and the centre of Lacanau Océan. Bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
