Maison l'Estran: This semi-detached house, located in a pleasant village on the edge of a pine forest, is ideal for a rejuvenating stay near Lacanau Golf. You will enjoy a calm and verdant setting, while being only 2.5 km from the ocean and shops. Lacanau Lake is also within reach, 5 km away, for swimming days or water activities with family.



The house has a bright living room with a table, chairs, a sofa for two people, television and coffee table, offering a friendly living space to relax after a day at the beach or golf. The kitchen area is functional and equipped to prepare your meals: sink, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, storage, crockery and utensils.



The room is fitted with a 140 cm bed and a small wardrobe, for a comfortable sleep. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a washbasin, whilst the toilet is separate. Outside, a terrace with a table, chairs and armchairs allows you to enjoy evenings in the open air.



The residence has a swimming pool open from 15 May to 30 September, an appreciable asset to cool off without leaving the village. Laundry and departure cleaning are not included in the rental (optional services, rates on request). This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
