Large living room with well-equipped kitchen area, 2 bedrooms with wardrobe, one with 1 double bed and the other with 3 single beds, bathroom, separate WC. Facilities: Internet wifi, TV TNT channels, washing machine 3kg, dishwasher 9 place settings, microwave, small electric oven, 4-burner hob, fridge / freezer, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, armchairs garden, barbecue: Ideal for 1 family, 1 couple or even 2, possibility of 7 beds with supplement beyond 5. Private parking in the garden.
Beyond 3 nights, the apartment must be left clean and tidy, but if you prefer to leave without constraint the cleaning option is payable in advance on arrival for a rate of 50 euros. Likewise for sheets and towels, if you wish to travel light, possibility of rental on site if necessary, between 25 euros additional for 1 couple, and 60 euros depending on the number of people, to be paid on arrival as well.
Up to 3 nights, linen is included and will be provided to you.
A deposit check (not cashed) of 500 euros will be requested at the time of delivery of the keys and returned upon departure. Pets not accepted
