The house, south facing is ideally located. Near the city center and the nautical center (10 min walk), beaches (the closest to 2 min walk), and the marina (10 min walk).
The house, in a very quiet area, will delight you with its beams and exposed stone upstairs, its brightness, its space.
You will find all the indoor and outdoor comfort for young and old: garden furniture, hammock, trampoline ...
Sleeping for 6 people: 2 beds for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bed for 1 person.
2 shower rooms including 1 with separate toilet.
The house is for rent July and August only.

Quiet area, sea environment, walk on foot from the start of the house.

Deposit: 500 euros, requested on arrival, returned on departure.
Cleaning charge: 70 euros

The Thalasso de Roscoff is a 10-minute drive away.
The fishponds, where you will find seafood from the region, are just behind the house 5 minutes walk. Or fishing on foot, possible from the house at low tide.
