The apartment occupies the entire 1st floor of a villa in Boulouris, in a very quiet wooded residential area, composed of villas only, particularly well placed between the sea (10 mins walk), the shopping center (supermarket and shops at 15 mins walk), and downtown Saint-Raphaël (10 minutes by car). Boulouris station is 10 minutes away on foot and St Raphael station 10 minutes by car. Close to the Cap du Drammont (5 mins by car) and the Ile d'Or, this stretch of the seaside is one of the prettiest on the French Riviera, with the addition of fine sandy beaches in the center town of Saint Raphaêl, the possibility of walking and bathing in small rocky coves little frequented.
The apartment is in very good condition, the furniture and bedding are almost new. A well-tuned upright piano is available for musicians. The large L-shaped terrace, facing south-east and south-west, allows you to eat outside and install the sun loungers.
The garden (shared with a private part) has a barbecue, a large swing and a usable part for pétanque with a clothes line.
Finally a red sfr ADSL box allows you to use internet access by wifi or RJ45 cable.
