Apartment in the center with pool and parking and spectacular views of the ocean.
This is a small private apartment equipped with everything needed for a good stay recently renovated and furnished.
It has a large swimming pool surrounded by communal gardens and a parking lot.
It consists of a full kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, a room "Marriage and the small room in which we have a double berth and a bathroom with shower
The apartment is completely outside of an apartment located at 20, and its windows one can see around Benidorm.
Especially recommended for married couples alone or with one or two children has an excellent location to walk around and visit the shops and beaches as it is located just meters from the city center.
However, it offers a perfect night's sleep to not be located on or near the restaurant.
The housing itself is tiny but cozy. We do not offer daily cleaning or weekly, we do final cleaning included in the price, but we have support for any problems that may arise.

Easily accessible, the apartment is located in the center of Benidorm, just meters from Iguera park, ideal for walking because it has benches, playground and large malls.
Turn is close to the two most famous beaches, Levante and Poniente, easy walk.
Just aft can make purchases every day at Mercadona Iguera Park and walked quietly at home volvar
It is located in a quiet, no noisy bars, so it is ideal for rest of night also enjoy the freshly groomed pool.
From there we have short excursions in the mountain area, amusement parks or exploring the cities of Alicante and Valencia

From our apartment we visit Iguera Paruqe, Levante and Poniente, moving car, the many theme parks of the city or visit Alicante or Valencia.
We recommend you try the restaurant street Aitona Ruzafa paella just 10 minutes from the house, relax in the newly renovated swimming pool surrounded by lawn or take a stroll in the park and beaches.
