The living-dining room, open to a south-west facing covered terrace, is fitted with a dining area, a sofa, a coffee table and a television, creating a friendly place to gather. The open kitchen is fully equipped and allows for independent meal preparation thanks to comprehensive equipment and numerous storage spaces.



The night space includes three comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm double bed with a wardrobe, while the second bedroom has single beds and bunk beds, ideal for children. The third bedroom offers a large 180 cm double bed and storage space. The villa has two shower rooms with shower and washbasin, two independent toilets and a laundry room with a refrigerator and washing machine, for optimal comfort during extended stays.
