There are electric radiators and in winter there is underfloor heating. The apartment is located in a quiet location with superb views of Mont Blanc and the full massif. It is situated between the ski resorts of St Nicolas and The Bettex. It is well located for walking directly from the Apt in summer and snowshoeing in winter.
