- A secure underground parking space.
The swimming pool is common to the residence and free access for tenants (usually open from mid June to mid September)
The apartment is close to shops (SuperU at 200m, children's playground and pétanque field at 400m).
Léguevin being located at the gates of the Gers, you can either relax in the countryside, or reach Toulouse 15 km away, or go for a walk in the Pyrenees (the ski slopes are 2 and a half hours by car). Toulouse / Blagnac Airport is 15 minutes away.
The sea (Narbonne) is 1h30 / 2h from Toulouse.
