Glamorous 80m2 loft, created in June 2015; comfortable, spacious, rooms with large sliding door, which allows you to live in open space or in complete privacy.

Big screen TV (smart TV internet + French TNT + box channels).
PC with free access on site, wifi.

Fully equipped kitchen:
Washing machine, steam generator, ironing board, lots of equipment to prepare your meals, classic coffee maker, espresso capsule coffee maker (DELTAQ)
Kettle, toaster, fruit press, raclette, microwave, etc ...
Fresh bread is delivered every morning by the baker for free for all stays longer than 6 days.

1 st glamorous bedroom in lilac and fuchsia tones, with ceiling mirror with LED lighting and large dressing room.

2nd bedroom in more sober tones with a 140 bed. (Lock key if loft occupied by 2 people only).

Very functional bathroom: towels provided, magnifying mirror with makeup area, hair dryer.

Large terrace with barbecue, overlooking a large garden with orange / lemon / mandarin / passion fruit whose fruit you can pick in season for your consumption.

-A beach kit is available in summer, 2 beach towels, a small cooler, 2 blocks of ice, and a beach umbrella.
- Umbrellas are available (and yes it also happens in Porto).
-Plasticized instructions explain the operation of the loft, as well as some advice on port, restoration, etc.
- a plastic sheet with some common French / Portuguese expressions to take with you on your outings

The loft is located on the outskirts of Porto, in a large village (18,000 inhabitants) very quiet, with no security problems, with all shops nearby, pleasant to live without traffic jams, with a beautiful view of the hill.

Private parking space and close available in the house in front of the loft.(option 20 € week)

Pets allowed, supplement payable locally for our 4-legged friends, but following disappointments with certain disrespectful and unscrupulous holidaymakers, the check at the end of the stay will be more rigorous. This does not in any way dispense with being responsible for excrement (terrace and vegetable garden forbidden to animals).

We speak French, Portuguese, Italian.

Everything will be done to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
