The house was built in 2014, it is located in the village of Quenvel Morgat and has all the amenities to ensure you pleasant moments.

Description: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a living room, a large terrace that runs the length of the house with American garden furniture and barbecue and a garden of 400m2. The living room and the dining room overlooks the south-facing terrace and upstairs you access to the roof terrace to enjoy the calm, the sun and sea views.

The town of Crozon-Morgat is an excellent starting point to visit the Crozon peninsula (Camaret-sur-Mer, Lanvéoc, Telgruc-sur-Mer ...), access to hiking trails (GR34) , beaches (house 5min walk) or visiting Brest or Quimper (45 mins by car).

A 10 minute walk from the house is the first supermarket "Corsaire" with everything needed, bakeries, shops, bars / restaurants along the beach of Morgat.
