A concierge is on the ground floor and the residence is monitored at night by a security company. Please note that all household linen (kitchen, bathroom and beach) is provided to you at no additional cost. On your departure the clean apartment must be returned clean (apartment + terrace + bay windows). For this end-of-stay cleaning, you will give 50 € in cash to the person who welcomes you on the day of your arrival.
