In a prime location, the villa is just a stone's throw away from Phare Beach on the Côté Bassin, 900 m from the beaches bordering the ocean, and an 8-minute walk from the market and the shops. The pleasant, well decorated villa with all mod cons offers a main house with a 200-sq.m surface area and a brand new wooden 100-sq.m annexe. It features a 200-sq.m wooded garden. Our villa has 18 sleeping arrangements, including a dormitory for four children.
