The luxurious and privately owned villa (300 m²) offers all comfort while looking over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. You enjoy great views of the renowned Saint-Tropez harbour, as well as of the Sainte-Maxime harbour. We can assure that the panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea is exceptional and rare, all while benefitting from a peaceful and serene setting.

The south-facing villa is located on a luxury and peaceful ground, 200 m away from the beach and 1 km away from the city. It has a heated pool and a perfectly maintained garden with trees. Within just a couple of minutes walking, you have access to the beach (200 metres). The botanical garden of Sainte-Maxime, full of remarkable Mediterranean essences, is only 150 metres away. The city of Sainte-Maxime, with its typically Provencal town centre is a 1-km walk away. It features a casino, a large number of restaurants, a private harbour and beaches, and all of the useful shopping facilities. The Beauvallon golf course, the Sainte-Maxime Nautical Club, and the Sainte-Maxime tennis club are reachable on foot. The golf course of Sainte-Maxime is 10 minutes away.

The villa offers an 11-m swimming pool (can be heated) and large terraces with sea views, fitted with deck chairs and a parasol. The teak-wooden terrace offers a summer sitting room with a stunning panoramic view over the gulf of Saint-Tropez.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped with 3 ovens (a microwave, a multifunctional oven, and a steam oven), a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an American refrigerator (fridge, freezer and ice machine). A washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and an ironing board are also available.
