You will enjoy the beautiful sunny days to take your meals on the terrace (28 m²)
On the garden side, the enclosed plot (2000 m²) will be a lovely play area for children or for relaxing in the shade of the large trees.
Detached house, in the village, not overlooked, with the owner's apartment in the basement, separate entrances.
