Surrounded by a water-filled moat, the château has been beautifully and comfortably restored. The 6-hectare park is bordered by the Voise River and the Louis XIV Canal.

A barn, a chapel, an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, and a pétanque court complete this exceptional property, located just 80 km from Paris, between Chartres and Rambouillet.

• Second living room/TV room/games room with foosball and billiards.

A fitness room (with elliptical bike and rowing machine) and an infrared sauna are accessible either from the master bedroom or from the outdoor terrace.

The swimming pool is located near the tennis court and the large outdoor terrace.

There is also a pétanque court for pétanque enthusiasts.
