               - on the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen (extractor hood, microwave / grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge / 17l freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette set), bench seat, television, vacuum without a bag

               - upstairs, bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, washing machine, baby bath, booster, separate WC.

                                                         the 2nd 1 bunk bed 90x190 and a 90x190 bed.
All beds are fitted with mattress covers, pillows and duvets.
There is also a travel cot.

It has a terrace with garden furniture, 6 armchairs, 2 deckchairs, an electric plancha, as well as a private parking space.
Located 600 m from the Royan beach, 900 m from Saint-George-de-Didonne beach and its town center, all trips can be made on foot or by bicycle.

Town center: Market every morning, numerous shops,
press, pharmacy, dry cleaning, restaurant, ATM, media library, free entertainment, riding school, theater, cinema ......... stadium, shuttle and regional transport.

Pets not allowed. Non smoking rental.
