Cagnes sur Mer: (between Nice & Cannes: 10 minutes from Nice Côte d´Azur airport & about 12 km from Nice):

2 air-conditioned rooms of around 45 m2 with balcony with blind, on the 2nd floor of a residence located 2 mins walk from the beaches and in the immediate vicinity of the racetrack - south / west exposure - sea view, racetrack - composed of a entrance hall, living room with 2-person sofa bed - tv, independent kitchen equipped with oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, electric extractor hood, top fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, fridge '' a hallway with cupboard, a bedroom with a double bed and a cupboard, a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet - garage on the 2nd basement.

All shops nearby -
5 mins walk from the Côte d'Azur racecourse and the street to cross to get to the beach.
Public transport nearby.

Cagnes the homeland of the painter Auguste Renoir, its old village with its castle, its fishing village, its beach promenade, its hippodrome.

Halfway between Nice & Cannes. Ideally located for visiting the Côte d'Azur: Nice, Cannes, St Tropez, Monaco, St Paul de Vence, Menton, ... and all the small villages in the hinterland.
About 2 hours from the Southern Alps ski resorts in winter: Isola 2000, Auron, Valberg

Italy is also very close: around 50 km. Ventimiglia market every Friday and San Remo market every Saturday.

The apartment is equipped for 4 people maximum. No additional person will be accepted, except for babies (up to 2 years old maximum). It is possible to rent a cot on site for € 16 / week.

Linen (sheets & towels) is not provided: possibility to bring your own linen or to rent it. The kit is € 16 / person / week.

Key collection takes place on site. Our services will get in touch with you a few days before your arrival in order to agree on the arrangements for handing over the keys.
In the event of late arrival on Sunday and / or public holidays, the keys will be left at the Nice Côte d'Azur airport service center (open from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm) for € 20.
