This Villa includes, on the ground floor, a large open living room with lounge, without television and a living area. An open kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and dishwasher.
A bedroom with two single beds and a chest of drawers. Two bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed and cupboard. Shower room. Separate WC.
Upstairs a mezzanine with three 90cm beds and a clothes rack. Shower room.
Pleasant open wooded garden and large terrace with built-in barbecue. Possibility of parking cars on the property.
PETS ALLOWED. Wifi. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December. Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost. Please contact our team to reserve them.
