This 55 m2 detached house with garage is located in a holiday residence, 850 m from the sea and 2 km from the shops.
On the ground floor you will find a new, fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with hydro-jet shower and separate WC.
The dining room is equipped with an LCD screen (80 cm) and a FREE WIFI connection. The dining room and lounge open onto a shaded terrace where you'll find all the comforts you need.
Upstairs, two large air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed (140*200) and a bunk bed (for children).
The other bedroom has a double bed (140x190), and we can also provide (on request) a cot and mattress for your baby's comfort. These 2 bedrooms have access to a 20 m2 solarium equipped with sun loungers.
In the garden, you'll find a large terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, plus an XL plancha for grilling.
There's also a solar shower to cool off or rinse off when you return from the beach.
This bungalow is located in a very quiet, private and secure residence, with a large play area for your children, football pitches, boules and volleyball courts, as well as a games room (table tennis and table football).
