This spacious property, dating from 1880, stands in 15 hectares of wheat fields, on the west bank of the Orb river opposite which rise the ramparts of Béziers, crowned by the majestic rose window of the cathedral. The elegant backdrop to the terrace garden, the pool, and the orchard/meadow beyond, and the luxuriant shrubbery, palms and trees, including a fine plane tree, make of this “domaine” an oasis of restfulness.
You can spend hours sun-bathing, swimming in the pool or reading in the shade. The swimming pool is 64 m2, depth from 2.6 ft (0.80m) to 9.2 ft (2.80m), entered by steps and with safety ledge all around is very large within a nice environment. The swimming pool faces southwest for a maximum sun. The house has eastern exposure, so you can have breakfast in the sun, lunch in the sun or in the shade as you prefer.
