Duplex apartment (sleeps 4) with balcony and magnificent mountain views, ideally located on the south slope of the resort.
You will have all the comfort, functional furnishings and all local services (lifts, shops, restaurants, bar, ski hire, ski lessons, tourist office).
300m from the gondola of Super Morzine (sector Morzine-Avoriaz, Switzerland, 650 km of ski and mountain bike), indoor and outdoor pool, and 600 meters from the gondola Pléney (Morzine sector Gets).
The proximity to the city center (10 min walk) and slopes allows not touch the car parked in the parking lot of the building.
A free bus station is 50 meters from the apartment.

The duplex apartment is composed of:
