For rent 1-room furnished apartment on the 1st floor (labeled Clévacances) in a peaceful location at a dead end in Ploemeur. Nearby you will enjoy the beaches (2km) and shops (2km), the Kerpape rehabilitation center (4km) and the walking paths. In this apartment you will find:

           - a 25 m2 living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (a washing machine, fan oven, combined fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker, crockery, toaster, ...) as well as a sofa bed and a TV
            - a bedroom with wardrobe and a double bed
            - a bathroom with WC
            - outside, you will have a private fenced garden area with barbecue, table and chairs.

A parking space is reserved for you near the apartment.
You will have free wifi.

The tourist tax is to be added (0.8 euros per night and per person).

The services offered are:
 - bed linen: 10 euros per bed and per stay (included for stays of 3 days or less)
 - bathroom linen (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel): 5 euros per person (included in stays of 3 days or less)
