Integrated kitchen: fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dining area with table and armchairs; kitchen linen provided.
Living room with TV, corner sofa , books and board games at your disposal.
Separate bedroom with a double bed (140); beds made on arrival;
Dressing room with cupboard and wardrobe - iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
Bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer.
Separate WC.
No wifi access by internet box; good 4G network accessible to smartphones

• cleaning is not included in the price; possibility of end-of-stay cleaning at extra cost (60 euros)
• arrival on Saturday between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m .; departure on Saturday between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. - keys delivered by hand (no mailbox service). If arrival or departure outside these hours for last minute imperatives; a supplement of 50 euros for availability of a third party may be charged.
