Good benefits, charming villa cocis, 2/6 people, with private swimming pool, well located, quiet and flowered domain with beautiful view. You will find a living room with 1 large 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, library, silversmith, TV, DVD player, Wifi. There are 3 bedrooms, the first with a double bed, adjoining the bathroom with bath and shower; the second with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub; and the third with a double bed also adjoining a shower room. There are 3 separate toilets. Household linen such as sheets, towels and tea towels is not provided (you can take an rental option). The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge with freezer, rotisserie oven, food processor, pressure cooker, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, etc.
Outside the property, we have a beautiful 8mx4m swimming pool, 2 shaded pergolas, a large terrace with garden furniture, a teak table and 6 chairs, sun loungers, deckchairs, barbecue, loggia and garden shed.
In our private residence, 400m from our house, there is a large 10x20 pool, a small pool and 5 tennis courts, all accessible free of charge.

However, it is not recommended for tenants who have small children and who cannot swim, as our swimming pool is close to the house and there is no fence. We are not completely reassured with the alarm system.
