It is located in a very quiet residential area a few minutes from the Nartelle Beach. Access to the city center is achieved in a few minutes by car without the risk of traffic jams.

On the ground floor a large, well-equipped living room opens onto the covered terrace and the swimming pool. It offers a beautiful view of the hill.
